In the dead of winter, cloudless night skies reveal the Winter Circle, when the brightest constellations in the Western Hemisphere line up in a circular pattern.

Our 2022 winter gin captures the feeling of standing in a forest clearing on one of these nights, stargazing and taking in the scents and flavours of the woods. Spruce tips and juniper take the lead in this bottle, followed by warm baking spices, cranberry, and bitter orange, supported by rosemary and thyme.

The sound of snow crunching underfoot, the feeling of cold air filling your lungs, the sight of your breath in the sky as you exhale, the smell of newly fallen snow on spruce branches: all the good things about winter come together under - and in! - the Winter Circle!
